Corporate executives in a leadership setting

Corporate Executives

Executive leadership and performance HeartMath for executive performance

You’ve Mastered the Strategy

Now master what’s running beneath it.

You’re good at what you do. Probably very good. You’ve built something, led people, made hard calls under pressure. From the outside, it looks like you have it together because mostly, you do. But you know what it actually costs to hold it all together. And you know that “holding it together” isn’t the same thing as leading at your best.

The higher you climb, the more your performance depends not just on what you know, but on how your nervous system functions under pressure. Decision fatigue, emotional reactivity, the inability to fully switch off, the weight of being the person everyone else looks to aren’t signs of weakness. They’re the predictable physiological consequences of sustained high-stakes leadership. And they’re addressable, at the root, with the right tools.

Connection Point Coaching uses an integrated combination of HeartMath®, Brainspotting, NET, and CBT. Traci Dobrev helps leaders regulate their physiology, neutralize the patterns that undermine their best judgment, and build the kind of resilience that doesn’t require burning through reserves to sustain.

This isn’t soft skills training. It’s performance optimization at the neurological level.

What High-Performing Leaders Are Actually Dealing With

The challenges executives bring to Connection Point rarely show up in performance reviews. They’re subtler than that and more corrosive.

Decision Fatigue and Cognitive Fog

The volume of decisions at the executive level is relentless, and every decision made from a dysregulated nervous system costs more than it should. When your heart rhythms are chaotic, which is the default state under chronic stress, your brain’s access to clear judgment, creative thinking, and accurate risk assessment is compromised. HeartMath® addresses this directly, training you to shift into heart coherence: a measurable physiological state where your thinking sharpens, your reactions slow down, and your best judgment becomes reliably accessible.

Carrying It All and Not Being Able to Set It Down

Many executives have never been given permission to put the weight down, let alone tools to actually do it. The result is a chronic low-grade activation that affects sleep, health, relationships, and the quality of presence they bring to everything. HeartMath® and NET work together to help the nervous system learn what it means to actually be off rather than just less on.

Emotional Reactivity Under Pressure

You know the moments, like when a comment lands wrong and you feel the response rising faster than you can manage it. When a high-stakes conversation triggers something that has nothing to do with the meeting you’re in. When you’re operating from a version of yourself that’s smaller and more reactive than you know you are. These responses aren’t character flaws. They’re conditioned patterns often rooted in much earlier experiences that the nervous system runs automatically under pressure. NET and Brainspotting work at the level where those patterns are stored, neutralizing them so your response in the room matches the leader you actually are.

Self-Sabotage at the Top

The higher the stakes, the more the unconscious patterns surface. Avoidance of difficult conversations. Overcompensation that alienates the team. Perfectionism that slows decisions and exhausts everyone around you. The invisible ceiling that appears just as the next level comes into view. CBT surfaces and restructures the cognitive distortions driving these patterns. The body-based modalities address the physiological conditioning underneath them. Together, they remove the internal friction that’s been quietly limiting performance.

Executive coaching session

How the Work Unfolds

Executive coaching with Traci is structured, efficient, and results-oriented because your time is finite and your threshold for work that doesn’t produce measurable outcomes is appropriately low.

Sessions are typically 60 minutes and are built around what you’re actively navigating: a specific leadership challenge, a recurring pattern, a high-stakes situation coming up. Traci works with real-time biofeedback technology in HeartMath® sessions, so you can literally see your nervous system shift on screen, which accelerates learning considerably. Other sessions draw on Brainspotting, NET, or CBT depending on what’s most relevant to your situation.

The tools are designed to be used in the field, not just in sessions. You’ll leave each meeting with something concrete: a technique for the board meeting next week, a reframe for the pattern that’s been costing you, a practice that takes three minutes and changes how the rest of the day goes.

Most executive clients work with Traci on a regular cadence for three to six months, with many continuing on a less frequent basis as a performance maintenance practice. The goal is not ongoing dependency. The goal is building a skill set and a physiological baseline that makes you more effective at everything else you do.

This Work Is For You If…

You’re Blocking Yourself

You’re performing at a high level and know you have more capacity if you could just get out of your own way.

Your Leadership Is Suffering

Stress, reactivity, or decision fatigue is affecting the quality of your leadership or your life.

You Can’t Switch Off

You’re carrying the weight of leadership without adequate tools to recover from it.

You Can’t Break Old Patterns

You keep running into the same internal ceiling, despite intelligence, experience, and effort.

Pressure Is Managing You

You want to lead from a place of genuine clarity and groundedness, not just managed pressure.

You Can See a Way Forward

You understand that sustainable high performance requires training the nervous system, not just the strategy.
