You Already Know Something Isn’t Working
Let’s actually fix it.
You’ve done the work. Read the books. Maybe tried therapy, journaling, meditation, or just white-knuckling your way through. And yet, the anxiety comes back. The patterns repeat. The version of you that feels calm, clear, and fully alive keeps slipping out of reach.
That’s not a failure of effort. It’s a failure of tools.
Most approaches to personal change target the thinking mind — the part of you that analyzes, reflects, and sets intentions. But anxiety, self-sabotage, and stuck patterns don’t live in your thoughts. They live in your nervous system, your body, your physiology. That’s why insight alone rarely creates lasting change. You can understand exactly why you do something and still not be able to stop doing it.
Connection Point Coaching works where the patterns actually live. Traci Dobrev uses four integrated, evidence-based modalities, HeartMath®, Brainspotting, NET, and CBT, to address what’s happening beneath the surface, not just on top of it. The result isn’t just feeling better for a few days. It’s actually being different: calmer under pressure, clearer in your decisions, more connected to yourself and the people around you.
Why Individuals Turn to Connection Point
People come to Connection Point for all kinds of reasons. What they have in common is that something has stopped working, and the usual fixes aren’t fixing it.
Anxiety That Won’t Quit
You know, intellectually, that most of what you worry about won’t happen. You’ve tried breathing exercises and positive thinking. But the anxiety keeps showing up; at night, before hard conversations, in quiet moments when there’s no good reason for it. That’s not a mindset problem. It’s a nervous system running a threat response that never fully switched off. HeartMath® and NET work directly at that level, teaching your body to shift out of the stress response instead of just trying to think your way out of it.
Patterns That Keep Repeating
Same argument, different relationship. Same self-sabotage, different job. Same shutdown when things get close. You’re not confused about the pattern because you’ve probably mapped it in great detail. What you haven’t been able to do is break it. That’s because conditioned patterns are stored physiologically, not just psychologically. Brainspotting and NET help the body complete what it was never able to finish, so the pattern finally loses its grip.
Feeling Stuck or Disconnected
Sometimes the issue isn’t a specific symptom, rather it’s a vague, persistent sense of being out of alignment. Going through the motions. Not feeling like yourself. This often signals a disconnect between the head and the heart, between how you’re living and what you actually value. The work at Connection Point helps you reconnect to your own clarity, energy, and sense of direction.
Knowing What You Should Do and Not Doing It
This one is surprisingly common among capable, self-aware people. You know the right move. You can articulate it clearly. And yet something keeps getting in the way. CBT addresses the thought patterns underneath that gap. The other modalities address the physiological static that makes those thought patterns so hard to override.
How the Work Unfolds
Working with Traci isn’t like traditional therapy, where you spend months recounting your history and hoping insight eventually produces change. It’s structured, forward-focused, and built to move.
Sessions typically begin with identifying what’s most active for you right now, like a specific pattern, a current stressor, an emotional response that feels disproportionate or stuck. From there, Traci draws on whichever combination of modalities best fits what you’re working on. Some sessions involve HeartMath® biofeedback, where you can literally watch your nervous system shift in real time. Others use Brainspotting to access and release what’s stored below conscious awareness. NET to find and neutralize specific conditioned patterns. CBT to build the conscious scaffolding that supports and sustains everything the body-based work is opening up.
Most clients begin noticing shifts within the first few sessions — not just feeling better temporarily, but responding differently to situations that used to reliably trigger them. The tools are yours to keep. You’ll leave sessions with concrete techniques you can use anywhere, not just in a coaching room.
