For years I have subscribed to Mindvalley. Started by Vishen Lakhiani, Mindvalley is an online education organization that is focused on transforming education and hosts great content and teachers on their site.
This week, Mindvalley sent out a video of one of the speakers at their Mindvalley A-Fest event. It was very well done and had such a great message that I wanted to share it with you!
Over the last few months, the content in my blog has focused on lowering your stress levels. Often, at the core of all that stress is our subconscious need to overcome our feelings of not being enough. The message in this video addresses that so powerfully!
