Happy July! I hope everyone is enjoying the summer and taking some time off to rest and recharge your batteries.
I am starting a series on stress. That probably seems like a funny topic to pick for the summer, as that is usually when you are able to relax a little…and that is exactly why I am starting this now.
Hopefully, with some down time, you can learn and practice ways to manage stress more effectively when September rolls around and the pace picks back up.
